As a recent (2003) seeker of vineyard property in the Willamette Valley, I am familiar with the opportunities and challenges of finding quality vineyard and agricultural acreage. As a grape grower and wine producer, I have learned what produces quality grapes and makes award winning wines. As a farmer in the community, I know the infinite details of growing restrictions and the opportunities associated with building on vineyard and agricultural land. As a recent graduate of realty school, I am up to date on the requirements of a successful property acquisition. I do not list properties or have any vested interest in selling any piece of property.
